the customer service is horrible and they do not care about your pets! they tell you one price but then tell you two other prices after that. and random employees will privately message you and harass you about what you say about them if you dont agree with their actions. UNACCEPTABLE!
RecommendedI wouldn’t take my Nyah girl anywhere else in an emergency situation. She’s had two surgeries here. TPLO on both back legs over a year ago and over a month ago she had back surgery due to a ruptured disk. Everyone here from the waiting room staff and veterinary technicians to the doctors were all amazing and so supportive. I can’t thank you all enough! She’s doing well and on the road to walking on her own again:)
Got there at 6:30 waited until 10:20 before I decided they had wasted my time
We have been to CRVS several time throughout the years and have always been impressed with the compassion and empathy of the staff. Well that changed today. The exchange we had with the receptionist was unpleasant to say the least. She was extremely abrupt and almost condescending. I know that not all of the staff are familiar with our specific pet,but the way she went about asking for our information left me thinking that this may not be the job for her. To ALL of your staff... thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the love and support you provided for my fur baby and my family today. An absolute nightmare was handled with such grace and compassion every step of the way. I was able to be by Codi’s side every second and your staff was so attentive for every moment of this painstaking process. I can’t thank you enough for making the worst heartbreak somewhat tolerable and validating my feelings/decisions the entire way! Thank you guys! You are all amazing!
