They were able to get us in in a very short time, even though they operate on a walk-in basis. Everyone was very friendly and professional and our dog was well cared for.
My yellow lab had stomach problems from the time she was a pup. It ended up getting worse, and we got referred to an Internist at CRVS. From the beginning, I felt like they cared about me and my Sadie and were committed to getting answers. We were kept informed about what was going on and our options the whole time, with no pressure. My pup had an MRI on Columbia River. The neurologist was smart and practical, and the technicians were amazing -- they doted on my baby like he was their own. I felt lucky that his care was provided by such skilled and empathetic techs. Strongly recommend!
#CRVS workers My Chihuahua ate a piece of raisin bread.. My daughter is a well seasoned vet tech at CRVS so she came and picked up Rufio and assessed the situation and took him to CRVS. She and Dr Kazmar took care of Rufio and kept him overnight for observation. THESE GUYS ARE SOLID GOLD! Their teamwork is inspiring and they are professional, warm and skilled. I have recommended CRVS to my friends and would not trust my dog to anybody else.
Our little Beagle Ellie had an obstructed bowel. The care staff at CRVS was top-notch. We felt comfortable leaving her in their care. We had little interaction with the vet but continual interaction with techs, assistants & front desk personnel. They were the cream of the crop providing excellent care, compassion & knowledge in dealing with us.
Our boxer border collie was experiencing seizures, and we came to the specialists at CRVS for help. We felt supported by the staff - they have hearts of gold and they appreciated how scary the condition and situation was. The staff moved quickly yet professionally to get us in, confirm our insurance and then handled the paperwork for our insurance promptly as well. The care was gold standard. The doctors and support staff at CRVS are hands down amazing. They helped us through one of the worst days of our life when we had to rush our baby girl in there on emergency. They made the worst time as smooth as possible. They were there with us from the time we arrived and during the moment when we painfully said good by to our best girl. I know first hand how much these people sacrifice for the sake of their patients. They show their hearts of gold in their work. #CRVSWORKERS
