**Don't waste your time or money here. I took my cat in because she's been having some neurological issues. The veterinarian looked her over, called me and said she couldn't tell anything by looking at her and they would have to do a brain scan, but that she looks fine and she wouldn't reccomend it. The next day I noticed she had sores on her back feet that were bleeding. I called and asked about it and they said they didn't notice them when she was there. I paid their $120 vet fee and they missed 2 seriously concerning woun... read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. 12 hour wait to have one of my dogs seen, and two day wait for a critical medication refill - which, while partly my mistake because I didn’t realize the bottle was empty and therefore had no time to wait their standard 72 hours for a refill, the still made no efforts to help me, and now my dog has to have her eye removed as a result.

This team saved our 11 year old yellow lab from crossing over the Rainbow bridge way too early. He ate the towel again. Second time he has done this. First time at age 2 and now after a 9 year run of not eating anything that would kill him, the streak ended. The doctor took the time to discuss options and we took the less invasive one, not wanting him to be put into surgery at his age. After their IV care and medication, Bogey was able to pass all foreign items in his intestines and is now home looking at a full recovery. I ... read more

They will take your animal in, give you a quote for cost for care. Make you wait over an hour call you, quadruple the cost quote without even having any test results and tell you they need to do more tests and are just now calling to get your permission even though when you handed the pet over to them in the first place you told them to do ANY tests needed. The vet will act like a total turd on the phone telling you that the test they now want to do is “so important” they need to send it off right away and waiting for the ot... read more

My dog was attacked and the local vet wasn’t available so we were referred to CRVS. They promptly got her in and treated. The techs were very sweet and accommodating and could tell that my sons and I were quite shaken up. The veterinarian was very compassionate and thorough with explaining our options. I could tell she had been well taken care of when I was able to pick her up after surgery. I highly recommend CRVS especially in an emergency.

Absolutely LIVID with the “care” this place has to offer. Just tried to have our kitten seen because she’s limping and crying non stop. I called ahead and asked how it works to have her seen. I was told to just call when we’ve arrived. They greeted my boyfriend (I am out of town) with DISRESPECT and told him they were “closed” and wouldn’t see my CLEARLY IN PAIN kitten unless she was dying. No compassion, no care. The woman who “helped” us was dismissive and careless. This place should be ashamed of themselves.

Too many negatives to list! I will never take another pet of mine there.
