Do NOT bring your animals here. We brought our dog for an emergency. We paid the bill in FULL that night! They sent us to collections in dec after nothing from them since July! Talked to Justine last month about this she said don’t worry! We changed our billing system. Got ANOTHER bill from collections talked Bailey oh she says you have to talk to Susie the manager who NEVER calls you back! You have to call and tell them you're there at LEAST 3 times before they even attempt to print out paperwork all while one receptionist just sits there with no mask on rubbing her nose and eyes over and over.

Do not take your animal here unless they are considered not “stable”. Yesterday we took our dog there because due to Covid we couldn’t get our dog into local vets for a month. He has a mass that just showed up on his paw and he has chewed it to the point of bleeding and limping. Our dog was left there as we were told it could take 6-8 hours to see him. This place misdiagnosed my puppy saying he had parvo we are at a different vets and they tested him he came back negative wow plus had us sitting in the car for hrs for nothing
DO NOT COME HERE FOR QUICK EMERGENCY SERVICE We took a friend’s dog here that appeared to be having a neurological issue - he couldn’t stand, trembling, etc. We called to notify the center we were en route and gave them our info. We arrived and the initial customer service was terrible. One rep had a politicized face mask, which seems inappropriate and off putting and referred to it as a muzzle - also inappropriate. Worst Care ZERO stars! I carried my broken, just about lifeless little old dog in to this place he was unable to walk, with a suspected broken leg, and open wounds. They took him, and left me eating 7 hours taking several other animal ahead who where there for non emergent care. I stopped Counting after 6 dogs and 4 cats that walked Themselves in and then back out while I continued to wait for 4 more hours.
