My doggo fractured his front leg at the end of March. Columbia River was able to get him in immediately and scheduled him for surgery the very next day. The surgeon, surgery techs, and staff at Columbia River were all friendly, attentive, knowledgable, and displayed excellent communication through every step of the process. We just finished up our 6-week post-op x-ray appointment and they've exceeded my expectations during every interaction.

Made a neurologist appointment over a month ago , drove from Welches Oregon and no parking (im disabled) walked from another parking lot then tried to call their phone number to check in . I kept being re routed , then I approached a tech coming out with a clipboard , and asked her what I was supposed to do , she replied rather nasty to me " ill get with you in a minute " . I left , what a waste of time , milage and gas . You want to charge these prices , you at least be nice. and if someone has a scheduled appointment check... read more

I showed up out of the blue with my puppy choking on part of a treat and she had her airway cleared immediately and I can’t think of the staff enough for saving my puppy!!

I’ve been here twice, and both time I’ve been really impressed with how caring the staff are here. You can really tell they truly love animals and might very well have the most difficult job ever! For that I’m truly grateful. The staff are knowledgeable, confident and properly trained. This place is a blessing.

Brought our Australian Shepard in yesterday after being in a auto accident with our 16 year old. they were so kind and efficient and treated him with love and compassion and us too. the doctors and techs stayed in constant communication with us all night and into this morning to keep us updated. thank you for being there in the time of need for him and our family. we are so glad he is on the road to recovery and will get to go back to being Finn again .

Despite being insanely busy, this team was so AMAZING with our critically ill, senior dog. The staff was so nice, kind, and professional. The Dr.’s always kept us informed and updated as much as possible, considering how hectic their schedules must be. I couldn’t be more grateful for this team of amazing people who saved our family member, and allow us to be able to take her home. They gave our Dally the best medical care, and were so compassionate. Forever grateful The Waiss family.

I brought my 3 month old kitten into them on Friday, January 22 for what appeared to be some sort of trauma injury to her lungs. My local vet did not think she’d survive. I had my doubts and tried to prepare myself. After having her in an oxygen tank 24/7 for 6 days, with iv’s, antibiotics, etc., I’m happy and blessed to say I got to bring her home today. These guys are heroes. They are open 24/7 and I could call anytime for an update and received pictures as well. I was shocked to read some of these negative reviews. These ... read more
