Columbia Floors installed vinyl flooring for our new home for the entire second level. We were in a hurry to get it done so we could move in and Columbia Floors took care of it in a few days. Where to start...excellent company! Ed is very personable. He was timely in coming out to discuss the job, and gave us a fair quote for the work. The crew was superb, super nice guys who worked from dawn until dusk (literally!) to complete the job to perfection. We also asked to have new carpeting laid on the stair treads. We were not 100% delighted with the finish (a 'very' minor issue), however Ed responded quickly to our concern and within a couple of days he had the guys back out to remedy the problem. They are not very timely in getting materials or coming to install. No one explains any part of the process. I have been dealing with them since March to get flooring in. The first floor chosen for my kitchen was not glued down and when questioned was told it was a floating floor...well it floated right off and into my dogs mouth! The workers cannot communicate well in English and I do not speak Spanish to be able to communicate. Ms.L****** has never once spoken to our office or paid us directly for any of the work done in her home. All communications have been thru her employer Dr. ***** who we have done many jobs for. The floor she is complaining about was installed correctly and was a higher grade than her insurance company specified in their claim paperwork. Ed and his team refinished hardwood floors in my home and replaced an indoor/outdoor carpet in our sun room, as well. Ed and Donna were incredibly nice and easy to work with. Most importantly, the work was beautiful and completed within days of receiving my quote. I would absolutely use Columbia Floors again and recommend them to anyone in need of flooring services.

Ed was so great. He was our fourth estimate and he beat everyone's prices by 33 percent. We got the engineered hardwood and they were ready to install in less than 2 weeks. The workers who installed the flooring were great. They got it done quickly and it looks amazing! So glad my husband found this company. Don't bother with other estimates just go straight to Ed for your flooring.
