Very professional easy to work with. Had the best price on custom hardwood flooring. Kept us informed of delivery and installation schedule. Installation was on time and went without a hitch, even socially distanced! Would definitely look to Ed and Columbia Floors for future projects.

Ed is responsive to my questions throughout the process. His crew took out 2 floors and 2 flights of stair of carpet, and installed LVP. Project was delayed due to reasons beyond their control. But Ed kept me informed. When the materials arrived, his crew got the job done quicker than planned. The work is beautifully done. I would recommend Ed and Columbia Floors to anyone who has flooring needs.

I highly recommend Columbia Floors (aka Bulldog Floors) for your flooring needs. We replaced our carpet in our bedrooms with the hardwood floors and the end result is outstanding. Ed and his team recently helped us replace the carpet on our stairs with hardwood, and replaced the carpeted and tiled areas of our kitchen and living room with ******** tile. His team did a great job. They were hard working, and very professional. We would recommend them to anyone.

Ed (the owner) and his team refinished the red oak hardwoods in our home and also installed new red oak flooring where we previously had carpeting. Ed is super responsive and quickly addressed any concerns as they popped up. For example, we pulled up old carpeting that was covering up some of the hardwood and we quickly came up with a game plan to repair a damaged area at a fair price. Ed at Columbia Floors, llc went above and beyond to help me select the perfect flooring and get it delivered to my home on the Outer Banks. This was no small effort during the Corona Virus. Ed kept me informed during the entire process. The grand finale was the delivery truck would not come to Hatteras Island. Ed provided an excellent experience replacing the carpet on our stairs and in three bedrooms. He was patient while we decided on colors, offered great advice not only for the carpet but also for the basement flooring and a potential remodel of our bathroom. He also talked with our 7 year old daughter in a way that made her feel welcome and involved. There was a small problem with the installation on the steps but Ed sent someone back to fix it without hesitation. Highly recommended.
