I just happened to find these guys as I google searched while I was in another carpet place nearby when the guy was waiting on the phone with one manufacturer to get an estimate for 1 flooring option. Definitely a stroke of luck, Guys at CF made it so much easier, explained all the options, gave me honest information. Recently we had a wonderful experience with Columbia Floors, LLC., also known as Bulldog Floors, when we replaced old carpet in most rooms and installed vinyl floor for the laundry room. Ed is what customer service is all about. He takes care of his clients. I had carpet installed 3 years ago and a couple of spots were loose. Ed had a technician a technician at my house to do a restrech today and it's perfect. Could not be easier to work with.

Ed is responsive to my questions throughout the process. His crew took out 2 floors and 2 flights of stair of carpet, and installed LVP. Project was delayed due to reasons beyond their control. But Ed kept me informed. When the materials arrived, his crew got the job done quicker than planned. The work is beautifully done. I would recommend Ed and Columbia Floors to anyone who has flooring needs.
