Great group of people and great service. Fast. Friendly customer service. Super super super busy with the site and generated by the way you could get the chance to talk about the jobs they perform for their customers.

Charter Internet Installation: The original installation was left with a temporary connection due to an underground pipe blockage. Several visits to Columbia Basin Satellite with Josh and Vianay helped me get the permanent installation. Josh & Vianay acted as my advocates and interfaced with the contracted Charter's installers. OK, the owner is my son-in-law, but I have to tell you, I had a problem with my pool's communication and control system. It wouldn't work and the pool contractor couldn't figure it out. I asked Columbia Basin Satellite if they could check the interior CAT5 wiring to make sure it wasn't the problem. It had been installed by our homebuilder's subcontractor. Well, Columbia Basin Satellite fixed it! Thanks, Mike and Dave. You'll always have our TV and our low voltage (computer and sound system) wiring business.
