I was so fed up with our past provider so I canceled their service and I called Columbia Basin satellite. They were absolutely wonderful I explained the circumstances my husband being ill and the technician came out the next morning and changed our service over. Everyone was so nice, professional and caring they made us feel like we had been part of the Columbia basin Family forever.

Don't be disrespectful of overseas tech support and use not having to deal with them as literally the only benefit to using your company for wifi internet. Was really offensive and unnecessary. Pretty disappointing, turned us off to using your company instantly. Please coach your phone reps on being more respectful of all people regardless of their nationality or accent. Also provide better training on the benefits of using you for wifi internet.
These guys have a great crew that I enjoy having on our job sites. Dave has always gone out of his way to communicate with us and track jobs to keep us in budget and they have always backed their work with great customer service!
I needed Internet service, Chris was very helpful & knowledgeable in giving me options as well as helping set up my account. I had alot of questions, he was patient and very nice. Thank you!
These guys are top notch. I just moved and I was going to have my directv moved to the new home. Directv will not go on top of your roof so my only option was to put a dish on a pole in my front yard. I declined. I called Columbia Basin Satellite & Electric and they said no problem. They sent out an installer the next day to hook up dish network. Going on the roof was no problem. The installer was great. He was very informative and fast. We had service in no time. I would highly recommend them.
