Great company to work with, they were extremely helpful with us trying to find the best products for our needs. SO much better than trying to deal with the 800#s!! Highly recommend them and will use them again.

We have DirecTV and also charter internet. The staff was very helpful and I appreciated the time they took to talk me threw some issues I was having. I can tell they care about the customer. I was just getting frustrated on the 800 # and It's defiantly worth keeping your business local. Thank you Columbia Basin Satellite.
This Company likes to take advantage of individuals. They get paid to do installs from the big guys then gives kickbacks to apartment complexes with the money you give them to do installs that they say you have to pay. I guess they don't know what Over-the-Air Reception Devices Rule is. Shame on You! Plus Rudeness seems to be the new kind of Customer Service!.
