Abe was great! He was on time, quick with the DISH system install, and very knowledgeable. One suggestion though, make sure to advise the customers that installing the Hopper within hearing range of a Joey, that audio from the same channels will not be synchronized. I had to swap device locations. Still it is difficult to sync the two close proximity Joeys. Suggestions? Thanks, Ken and Rae Ann.

The last satellite installation that I had did not give me HD even though my TV was HD. (They said since the surround sound didn't have the necessary wire, they couldn't give me HD.) However, Abe knew how to install HD for me. I couldn't be more satisfied!

The installer, Abe, showed up at our place, more than an hour from his shop during terrible weather, and did a great job with our Dish installation. He was efficient and professional and made a tricky install situation work. Thanks!
