RecommendedWe have used CBS&E before with good results so I knew to call them again. I wasn't disappointed. 5 stars on knowledge and installation.
We had them do the electric in our house about 18 months ago. We have had some issues and questions about lights not working and they have always sent some one out promptly and did a very thorough assessment and answered all of our questions. I would recommend them to anyone because they have shown to be helpful and trustworthy with excellent customer service.

We have had Columbia Basin Satellite and Electric out several times to fix bad DIY electrical work done by a previous owner and to install new lights and wiring. My husband works with electrical equipment and is very particular about how he wants work done on our house, they have always been very accommodating. Competitive prices and professional workmen.
I had made an appointment directly through the TV satellite company and no one even showed up or let us know they couldn't be there. Every time I called to get information I was constantly put on hold to get to the "right" department. I got so fed up that I decided to go with a local company. I called Columbia Basin Satellite and got everything I needed with one phone call with Dave. The technician was here as promised. He was so knowledgeable and was able to get our new TV set up and spent the time showing me how to operate... read more
