Absolutely worst service.. service manager tried to tell me my car was perfectly fine (ase certified mechanic) that a normal engine looses power as it gets older (my car had 18k miles) turned out I had a spun rod bearing and my engine blew shortly after. (30 miles after I left the dealer) Then refused repairs. Never take a car in for repairs or buy a vehicle from here!!
I would never ever buy a car from this place again. No communication between service department and body shop. Miscommunication is a big part this place. I don't live close to this place. To much running around for a place that doesn't trust there customers. Rather take it to shmoes and pay more if that's the case. Unfortunately Elizabeth whom I bought the car with was amazing. Just wish I would have known how terrible people where in the other departments.
After having my Hyundai Tucson for 2.5 years, my radio is busted. No sound for my navigation, radio, cd, blue tooth, etc... $3,500 that Hyundai won't cover (even partially) because I have 37,000 miles - 1,000 miles over the apparent warranty. For a company that sells its cars based on dependability and its "excellent" warranty, I'm extremely disappointed. I'll never buy a Hyundai again.
I bought my Kia Forte from them and it was a great purchase.
Had my first experience with them today when I took my Santa Fe in for service. It was awesome! Every person I dealt with was so friendly and professional. Will be back--thanks, Chuck!
