I purchased a used 2014 Toyota Highlander on June 30, 2018. About 2 weeks later the front bearing went bad and they will not cover it with the 3 month/3000 mile warranty. They do cover some wearable parts and claim they cover the front/rear axles and the brake assembly. Also, their warranty states what it does not cover, but it doesn't list these parts. Bought a 2018 Elantra last week. Eric Horner was excellent, asked for a specific color and Eric had the car delivered in time for my appointment. No pressure sales, and they were more than willing to calcute different finance options for me. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had.
Got a 2014 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership. By far the best price and couldn't have been an easier process! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Shortly after I bought my car I had some maintenance done, which was covered under my certified pre-owned warranty, and got stellar service. I bought a Honda Accord from them in September and love it! Great service and I closed on the car very quickly! This was my first car purchase and the led me through the process very well. The financing company is very good and truly cares about the individual and got me a low monthly payment. Will definitely buy from them again in the future!
Purchased a 2004 Accent from them. They were great! And it's the best car I have ever owned. Still have it. Would like a new one if they are as good as the one I have.
