Called to schedule service for my vehicle. The receptionist mumbled so badly that I couldn't understand her. When she transferred me the phone for service just rang and rang. Eventually, I was sent back to the receptionist and I still couldn't understand her, so I said nevermind and called Kerry Hyundai instead. They answered on the first ring and were very friendly and happy to work with me. I will go there from now on.
Seems the sales people would rather watch a ball game than make money. Totally ignored when we walked into the show room
Went in for a campaign on my car this morning. Got in and out in less than 45 minutes and got a free car wash along with it! I was pleased with the ease of the experience. Thank you!
I just heard the tv commercial offering discounts to Military Veterans and Uber drivers?!?! That is the dumbest combination of people ever. Veterans who sacrificed their lives for others....and Uber drivers?!?! Make two commercials and offer discounts to whomever you want.....just don't combine the two.
After lots of research and almost crossing out this awesome compact car, (although I can't remember why) I showed up unannounced to test drive. Fabulous no pressure sale person. I loved being able to take the vehicle on a long, detailed spin by myself and had made up my mind after just a few miles. Quite possibly the best "new car buying" experience I have ever had. Recommend this dealership highly!
Went up for the first time every and it was great love these cars and love this place the only thing bad about it is 1 thing cost it seems like a billon dollars on it compare to most cars other then that Love these cars and love the place
Not cheap but fixed right first time and about 30 minutes to change plugs and 2 coil packs..
The wife and I came in a couple of weeks ago to buy our first new car in 12 years. We were treated like family and couldn't have asked for better service
