RecommendedEverything was great. The breakfast buffett is so worth it, and the servers are tentative, I recommend it. (They even have pork green chile, a Colorado necessity.) The indoor pool is heated perfectly and the hot tub was awesome.

RecommendedPhenomenal stay! Our family’s 5 hours of flight time turned into 18 brutal hours of redirected flights and an unscheduled stay. When we finally arrived at the Colorado Springs Marriott, the Managment Team of Teresa Gibbs and Jennifer Kuhns went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. As a frequent business traveler who spends 150+ nights a year on the road, I can attest that kind of genuine high-touch care is hard to find. We will definitely be back!
Worst hotel in Colorado Springs, unable to sleep the last two nights since they have my room 222 in from of the bar and lobby, is 11:50pm and is super loud.
Poor management and customer service. Originally put us in the wrong room but made up for that with a complementary cheese tray and wine. However, per the room service delivery kid, it’s the cheapest wine they have. Haha. Called down at 11:45 the next day and asked for a luggage cart to help carry down our luggage. After 4 reminder phone calls to the front desk, and a personal visit advising we’d been waiting over an hour, no cart arrived.
