RecommendedTop-notch service in the 9th floor Executive Lounge. Very attentive staff who let me dawdle over breakfast past 9:00 am close so I could watch the very cool B-2 bomber practice going on.
best in Colorado springs!! we come to Colorado every year in January for our anniversary since we got married in Colorad.b its not only the AWESOME views, & clean beautiful place its the staff, and front desk , the people who work there one person shined very bright Teresa Gibbs front desk supervisor was so welcoming and every need was meet & then some with a smile! its people like HER who wil kee us coming back every year and staying where she is :)
We hold a yearly convention at this location and block off several rooms with a group discount. I have never been impressed with the rooms for a Marriott (they are more like a 2 star room). However, I just noticed that this year they booked my room for two weeks after our meeting. I called to fix it and the lady in call center says "It could be worse. We have booked people at the wrong property before" and then starts talking over me. Wow.

RecommendedDidn't stay at the hotel, however was there for an event. We did eat in the diningroom and the food was very good. Event venue was great, too.
