Housekeeping steals your clothes. Mr. Simon, the manager, won’t help you. He placates you and then blows you off. Don’t stay here! It’ll cost you a lot more than your room rate!

This is one of our favoite hotels, and we've been all over the world with Marriott. The staff here is wonderful and so friendly (especially the GM Pat Shimon) and they make you feel very welcome. i would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Colorado Springs.
