My 1st experience with Terry Baker was really nice. She was very helpful and found be a nice parcel, when I came to the property to look at it, I asked her is there were any restrictions on building, she said no I could have what ever i wanted, I just could not have commercial farming. I wanted to have geodesic domes at the time. We'll, upon talking to county building dept. I could not, nor could I have a tiny home on wheels, now you have to have permits and authorizations for everything. I cannot have what I want without ju... read more
