We were not only first time home buyers, but we are also a military family was moving across the country. Working with Dawn Pasowicz made it so much easier to do it all! She video chatted house tours me back home when my husband couldn't be there and answered alllll my questions in detail and so patiently! I couldn't imagine working with anyone else on this! I rented a home from Colorado Best for 14 months and was subsequently scammed out of 500.00 from my security deposit. In my experience, they are incompetent on all fronts and I will never do business with them again. My husband and I worked with Dawn to buy a home. My husband and I have very different ideas of what we want in a home (making us not the easiest to work with). Dawn somehow magically found houses we both liked. We will definitely have Dawn help us again in the future with buying and selling our homes.
Scheduled to view a property at 11am Sat 5/6 it is now11:43am no one from the company has come as scheduled nor has anyone contacted any of us waiting. Not our idea of how we wanted to spend our Saturday. 3 different families sitting and waiting. Feel bad for the property owner they are supposedly managing their property for.
Love this amazing team! One year on the team and everyone has been supportive and amazing.
