The first property manager assigned was supposed to oversee a post eviction cleanup. She let the guy haul away anything useful including some things that were supposed to stay in the barn but leave de-construction trash and about 50 cardboard boxes. The second seemed to encourage the tenants to pay late because it benefitted him. Who cares if I get paid late, right? Not one of them wanted to get more than one estimate for hail damage or plumbing repairs. Nor did they want to give any proof they inspected the work done.
Jessica Roseberry did an amazing job helping my husband and I find our first home. She made the entire home buying process a breeze. She is a professional who really listens and asks what the home buyer is looking for and goes out and gets it for you. We'll definitely be recommending Jessica to all our friends and family in search of buying a new home.
