This is the best team ever. It was the first time I bought a house or even thought about buying a house. I was really uneducated about the whole process. Jonathan explained everything and went above and beyond to help my family and I find our home.

We sold our first house with Jesse, it was a scary nervous time that he made easy and effortless. (besides the endless cleaning lol). We felt totally confident that he was going to get the best price possible for our house and he sold it in 2 DAYS! that was super important to me having 2 kids under 4... the clean house gets unclean fast! I was really counting on him delivering a sale in the first few days and HE DID. Professional, careful, honest, and solid advising. We are using this company to purchase our next home now.
Dawn is awesome. Extremely knowledgable and patient. Even though we found our house the 2nd day, I still wanted to look at other homes. We spent another 2 weeks and she was still gungho about it. Dawn Pasowicz did an exceptional job helping us buy our new Colorado home. We were doing it from New Hampshire and Dawn showed us several houses via Facebook Video, saving us from having to fly out to CO until we had it narrowed down to just a few properties. She learned what we were looking for, and the property we ended up buying was actually one we had overlooked, but which Dawn spotted for us. Horrible to their renters but they don't realize that renters today are homeowners tomorrow. Sharon only wanted to communicate through text. She tried to charge me $500 for an animal already on a lease. She made accusations of lease violations that weren't founded. The maintenance man was allowed she be rude and disrespectful. Several charges after lease move out that were erroneous and waited 59 days to refund my deposit which made it difficult to get into another place after I was was only given 30 days notice that my leas... read more
