They manage a house on Maroon Mesa Drive that has been vacant for two months. They haven’t touched the house in terms of lawn maintenance or picking up trash. Previous tenants left furniture in the driveway, but they never removed it. I believe someone stole it. I wonder if the owner is aware that this company abandoned their property. My moms neighborhood was nice at one time. I would recommend using a different company.

1 bad apple spoils the bunch, right? Just make sure that Jessica Roseberry is not your property manager, if you have a choice. Coming from tenants who paid their rent on time every month and kept the apartment in way better condition than it was.. She’s childish, unprofessional and spiteful.. I do not understand why I keep getting told my screens will be fixed. There are wasps and bees coming into our house. I have asked this for about a year now. I have been patient. I am done running from insects that do not belong in our house. It has been a year since I have started asking. This is really tough having no vent to cook, a dumpster next to a window with no screen.
