Not real happy. Still trying to get my home finished since I have owned it " Jan 15/2015". The quality is sub standard. I would be fired at the poor craftsmanship. The lack of urgency to "complete "my house is very disheartening. If I had to start over I would not pick colony homes . Everyone has been paid, and I am paying for picking colony homes. They should be ashamed, my stick built house had less defects and better customer service. My opinion look else where for your "quality built home"
