bought a home through fohl village in Canton Ohio .worst mistake I ever made .the trim is falling off the wall no water in the main bathroom windows seals falling down /////cant get help from any one . we moved in in January. the home was set up in June. lots of time that they could have checked every thing to make sure was ok.kitchen sink falling off...I could go on and on /but this company is really a poor excuse for a company
Yes hire better builders.u guys can't build carp.never pulled the tape off my roof shingles,build,wires going everywhere,had to hire electrician to rewire my house becuz of poor electrical work,hot water tank behind the Brake box,all in all poor workmanship in building my 5 bedroom house.
Do not...I repeat do not purchase one of these homes unless you like to deal with shoddy workmanship, a leaking roof, and a company that could care less about the quality of work done once you sign the paperwork! We have had multiple issues! Just to name a few...the front door leaked (they replaced part of it but not the other part which leaks), the fittings and seal under four sinks leak, the carpet installation is shoddy at best, and now to top it off we have had the house just over a year and the roof is now leaking in fo... read more
we bought home thru daves quality home watertown everthing wrong with this wire wrong in box waterline not hooked up installation ruined you dont answer phone so please fix
Where to begin. Let's start with quilty, if you purches from this manufacturer buy an air nailer you will need it. Trim falls off daily, mirros fall off walls, doors don't shut, carpet pulls up, blacksplash is not tight to walls, recepticals are lose and plates are gaped away from wall, island legs were so far off they barely touched the floor, caulking around windows is horrible also caulking around sinks look like a 5 year old done it. My parents recently purchased a manufactured home from Colony Homes. From placing it damaged on the foundation to trying to get what I was told are minor, expected repairs, we have had no satisfaction. I strongly recommend finding another manufactured home company. Over a month after the install, they are still waiting on the repairs to be made. Ten days ago we were told this Thursday (2/8/18) would be the day. Today, they called and are unable to finish the job and could not provide a new date.
