Horrible service after home delivery
Buyers Beware, Our home was delivered with SOAKING WET carpet and they refused to replace it. We've been living in this home for 2 years still fighting to get this (amongst dozens of other major malfunctions within our home) resolved. They hide behind legal fine print and hope you will just let it go so they don't have to make things right. I would look for another home builder!
I don't know whats worse. The poor quality of my Beacon home or the fact that the dealer i bought it from has more excuses than a 5 yr old of the fact that after 6 months the repairs to complete it is still not done. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Our new home must of been built in China. Everything in it is cheap and junkyard. It was put together by a team of blind monkeys. To anyone looking at one. RUN!
