I finally found a vet's office that I can be happy with! The people here are very friendly and helpful, and I didn't have too long of a wait for my appointment. I do wish that there was some kind of barrier to keep the cats separate from the dogs, as my cat was getting very stressed, but with the short wait time, my kitty didn't have to be stressed out for too long.
Just wanted to say how wonderful Dr Clements is! He saved my rescue kitten Jack's life! Other vets gave up on him and said he couldn't be fixed but Dr Clements gave him a chance. After much creativity and surgical expertise, Jack is thriving and proving wrong those who said he couldn't be saved! We appear to be in the homestretch of reconstructing Jack's jaw and I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr Clements and his staff are!
FRIENDLY STAFF- GREAT DOCTORS. IF I HAVE TO MENTION NAMES VERONICA IS GREAT AND WE LOVE DR WEBBERS EXPERIENCE AND CARE FOR OUR DOG.
I take all my pets to Colonial Park Animal Clinic. The only problem I have with them is having to pay the bill in full however, I choose to continue to take my animals there because I'm satisfied with the great care I have experienced with them and the friendly staff. If you're not satisfied with them you have the choice to shop around and find another vet to take your animals to. Having animals is just like having children. They both cost money. Pet insurance is now available to help pay expensive vet visits.
She put us at ease – Nemo is my first reptilian pet--Eastern box turtle. I was fearful of any new veterinarian after reading online how cautious one must be in choosing a reptile vet. I was extremely pleased with my first visit a year ago shortly after we adopted Nemo. We just visited recently to have him checked for post-hybernation lethargy. She was wonderful. Her knowledge and demeanor put us at ease and she handled Nemo with great care.
Reasonably priced, responsible care – My wife and I were new to the area and recently adopted a 3-month old puppy. We took her to a vet that received the "Readers' Choice Award" for the best vet a few years in a row. The vet required several visits to take care of her kennel cough (original diagnosis, stool examination, medication, follow-up) and wanted to charge an unholy amount for her spaying. Greedy – I have been a customer for this practice for over 10 years. My dog recently got ill and I called to make a visit for her to be seen. They tell me they have a new procedure. If your pet requires to be seen right away they call it an emergency visit and will now charge a fee of 75 dollars for the visit. I was and am deeply offended. I don't believe you should be charged more to be seen during regular office hours. I will not go back to them after this, I changed vets.
