I picked a setting that did not work with my active lifestyle and had a lot of issues with it. Colonial has been beyond attentive and gracious about meeting my needs. Great service! I took my rings to be cleaned and they pointed out the wearing down of the prongs due to the two rings rubbing together. They repaired it and soldered the bottom together so the two don’t touch on the top. Very happy with their work.
Thank You Kimberly for all your help we got a beautiful ring that was worth the wait as you promised it would be. Kimberly was very patient answered every question I had even though I drove her crazy ! Very happy with the end result . Just know if your ordering custom you will have a bit of a wait but it’s worth it in the end .

Sarena has been amazing to work with, ensuring we’re happy and on the same page every step of the way! You honestly cannot get such personalized quality and service like this anywhere else.
