Sarena from Colonial was terrific. She found a very specific watch that I wanted and worked all day calling all over the country to find it. She had it come over night, inspected it herself, called me and told me it was perfect (and it was). Phenomenal customer experience. Great job. I will be going back and working with her again. Our good friends in Maryland introduced us to Colonial Jewelers. I am so glad they did because my ring is gorgeous and the staff is amazing! Kimberly helped us with my replacement engagement ring in 2015 and this year she has been helping us get our new wedding bands to celebrate 10 amazing years of marriage! ...My husband is Active duty Military and we currently reside in Germany.
