We went thru the process with Janelle of getting a custom ring for my husband. She really worked with us to create a design we loved. We are very happy with it.

I am totally in love with the ring my fiance picked out from Colonial Jewelers. Autumn was the sales associate and she was so friendly and helpful the day he went. She was also friendly and helpful when I took my ring to get sized. We are going back soon to pick out our wedding bands. We love Colonial Jewelers. The customer service isn't even comparable to the chain jewelry stores. Colonial Jewelers will be our jewelry store for any jewelry purchases in the future.

I lost a side stone after moving to the area and Colonial Jewelers, Emily Meacham in particular, treated me like gold... No matter how much you are there to spend you'll be treated and serviced like a VIP.
My fiance bought my engagement ring with the help of Autumn. It is beautiful. She also helped us pick out our wedding bands. Autumn and the Colonial Jewelers team helped us make a big (financial) decision with calamity and assurance. We worked with Jessica Bobrow to find the most beautiful engagement ring and band! Jessica was amazing and very patient while I tried on what felt like every ring :) she was very helpful and I would highly recommend Colonial and Jessica to anyone looking for jewelry! I came back in once I was surprised with my beautiful ring, and again Jessica was so helpful going over my warranty and all the goodies that came along with my ring.
