The customer service is excellent!! We bought my engagement ring 6 years ago and worked with Emily. 2 weeks ago, Autumn-who was the sweetest helped me when I needed to replace a side diamond in my ring. The have great quality diamonds and awesome people working there. I wouldn't trust any other jewler!
I just finished designing a custom engagement ring and wedding band with Colonial. I worked with Sarena on both designs, and the process was incredibly easy and low stress. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and kept in touch throughout the entire process. I am very happy with the results, and definitely will be using Colonial again in the future!
Colonial Jewelers is my go to for sparkle. They have the most beautiful pieces and you can get an item custom made! I had a bracelet custom made and I absolutely love it! Jessica made sure it was just perfect. This is a wonderful family owned business with awesome customer service. 5 stars all the way!!!!
We had an incredible experience at Colonial Jewelers because of Sarena! We love going to Colonia Jewelers! Sarena has been our go to, she is always friendly and knows exactly what to show us when we tell her our design thoughts. When my fiancé started looking for an engagement ring he was turned off by some of the customer service provided by other jewelers. We highly recommend others to check out Colonial Jewelers!

I visited Colonial without and an appointment and was grateful Jessica had time to discuss my ideas and work with me to come up the perfect ring for Ness. Despite only having a short time to pull everything together the entire process was smooth and 100% stress free. Ness is over the moon with her engagement and wedding set from Colonial Jewelers. Next will be my wedding band and I know exactly who to work with, it will be Jessica.

I highly recommend going to Colonial Jewelers and working with Kimberly. She is very professional and pays attention to what you are looking for. I had a specific vision in mind for my engagement ring and she pointed us to a few that were amazing. She also walked us through how to pick our exact diamond and spent the time making sure we understood. We will now work with her again to get our wedding bands!
