I don't who these people are, but when my wife's 2014 Santa Fe blew up, her cell phone died and was coming back from vacation in NC....they took care of her and my 8 yr old son. Got them into a car after a little snafu, drove her to her destination, a even carried luggage for her to the car. John from service even let her borrow his cell phone so I knew what was going on. My experience with your dealership was excellent to include the service and opportunity to chat with the service manager which renewed my faith in my Genesis. I also shared with the service manager that the sales manager somewhat an opportunity to sell a new car of same or similar value when the rental car they allowed me to use was much smaller than the one I am use to driving because my wife and I had discussed our options if the repair cost was higher than we wanted to invest. In an out with an oil change, very professional.
Went in for tire rotation. This is only my 2nd time there for service since getting my Tucson in November so that’s the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars. Everyone has been great so far I just need additional experience with them to make sure I give em a 5. �

Service is always done in a timely manner. Clean waiting area with drinks and snacks available. Personnel are cheerful, friendly and very courteous. Not a burden to get vehicle serviced at this location.
