Had the best customer service with Jessica Compton and Ryan Scott! Not only did we buy a new Santa Fe but my parents also bought a new Tucson. We did not feel pressured at all. Will never buy another vehicle from this dealership!! If I had the option to choose 0 stars I would have. We were given THREE different prices on the vehicle we wanted. They (Charlette, Robert and the sales manager)raised the price three different times for the same vehicle. NOT one of them gave us The same price and it got higher each time. I was not planning a new vehicle purchase, until Glenn Seymore called me. He told me about the incentives and rebates, so I decided to go in a talk. I told him what i was looking for and he delivered. With the help of Robert Cooley they put together some numbers that really worked well for me. Then Shaina Rose took over in the financing dept. and she hit a grand slam with the financing. This is my 3rd HYUNDAI purchase and I love the dealership.
I loved it the people are so kind and friendly the showroom was clean and when I got my car they all came and congratulated me .I told them the kind I wanted and didn't try and push me into something else my dealer was Chad wendt very nice guy I would highly recommended him .will come back again
Every single time I come here I have a problem! They didn't put the oil plug back in correctly and it fell out going down 95 and I lost all the oil had to get towed and missed a half a day of work. Also had a 10 am appointment and come back at 11 to check in my car to see it had not been touched yet and get the excuse they got busy with walk in. I have had several minor issues in between those issues and NOT ONCE did the manager ever speak to me even thought I clearly saw he was there! Currently looking into getting another ... read more
I love my Santa Fe Sport!! Thanks to Rowland and Jason for all their hard work! Staff was great! Rowland has been so good to me and my parents who just bought a Tucson a few weeks ago! Love Colonial Hyundai !
