Recommendedhaven't bought a car from there yet, I'll take everyone's word for it I'm sure they're very family-friendly and go the extra mile. But as far as the service part goes, the approval process for the ductable I think takes a little long. my second time in there and both times I had to wait at least 2 hours before they can get the approval to work on my car. My mom purchased a new 2018 Lime Twist Kona. We drove from NC which was 4 hours away. Kendi,Jason, and Milton were excellent employees and made buying a car wonderful. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a car. The drive to Va was certainly worth it.
