I have attempted to do business with Colonial twice concerning parts for my 2012 Elatra. First time was in 2013 when I found out that my car did not come with a spare tire or jack. I first wet to Coloial or Gateway and price the kit and later went to West Broad Hyundai and got the same kit for over $100 dollars less than what Colonial had asked for it. My second attempt was yesterday when I called to price a multi switch for my headlights, Colonial priced it at $104 and some change and I thought OK it is over twice the price... read more
I had an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection done. The work was done promptly and professionally and then I was on my way!
I was servicing my Sonata on Wednesday, December 12. The dealership failed to properly secure the plastic fender around the front driver-side wheel. I've noticed that while driving on the highway - I heard a horroble noize caused by the tire rubbing against the fender. I've immediately returned back and advised the delareship about the issue, but never heard any apologies. I really didn’t want to click no but it was no in between option because my recent car purchase had good customer service at times. However when I set up the test drive and inquired about the car all the things I was told as far as warranty wasn’t true not forgetting the car wasn’t available for a test drive. However once decided to purchase service was great as I waited for the car to be ready they even drove the 45 minutes to bring me a loaner.
