After dealing with the lack of good customer service from another dealership, I contacted Brian M. and was helped right away. Brian and the other staff are very professional, and they made the buying process enjoyable.

Finished the final touches on purchasing a certified used Tucson from this dealership yesterday. The sales staff (Brian and Jason) were a breeze to work with and did everything possible to get me in my favorite vehicle at that dealership. The finance department was AMAZING. They worked with lenders to get me from an estimated 9% interest rate to a 3% interest rate! Everyone really made the sale wonderful! I had visited about 5 dealerships before this and I should have just went to Gateway first! Highly recommended.
Gateway Hyundai has been wonderful to work with. Got my wife's Sonata there last year. Just got me a new Azera from there. I felt very comfortable with dealing with them. Everyone involved with the transaction were excellent . I recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle check with them first.

Kim and Charlotte were simply awesome in the process of me purchasing a 2016 Santa Fe for my daughter! They helped with the surprise by personally delivering the car to my home and surprising her with the keys. Customer service at its best!
