My fiancée and I went in to lease a car and Luke was amazing! He was open and honest, patient, and completely understanding of our situation. My running board was nearly removed from my car and was dragging on the road - I stopped in and the collision department removed it for me, inspected my car for connected damage (Air conditioner lines were crushed), took pictures for my insurance etc. <3 :-)
RecommendedI went in on Saturday to lease a new vehicle as my lease was up. I was happy to be able to work with Luke Ealey again this is the fifth car we have purchased from Colonial Chevrolet and we are thrilled with our 2015 Buick Encore. Luke was professional and didn't pressure me on anything. I felt relaxed and it made buy a car enjoyable.
Recently purchased a 2018 Equinox and the experience could not have been better! Luke the sales representative did a fantastic job through his excitement and knowledge of the vehicle. He had an answer for every question and did everything in his power for the purchase to be as smooth as possible. Would recommend Luke and Colonial Chevrolet for anyone looking to purchase a new car!
