Scheduling over the phone was super easy and they provided GREAT service!!!
We went to Colonial Chevrolet to look at a new Suburban and ended up walking out with one the same day!!! If you want the best, ask for Luke! He made our decision and buying process so easy and comfortable and mind you we had our three very young sons with us the entire time. He helped with the kids while we were signing paperwork and made sure the whole experience fit our needs while we were there. Truly a 5-star experience from beginning to end. Luke listened to what I wanted and could afford, he offered some great options for new and used, and was not pushy or salesy at all. The process was quick and painless like a big box operation, however charming and personable like a small town dealership. I've been a loyal Toyota Customer for years...this was an easy switch and I'm super happy with my Chevy Trax!!

Average salesmans trying to find a sucker. Spend 25,000 on a 2 year old truck, 2 days later find issues which should have been addressed before vehicle was even put for sale. Stealership refuses to cover it anyway shape or form. Try anywhere else unless you like getting shafted

Word of advice NEVER use Colonial Chevrolet in Acton MA, put a deposit on a wrangler last week, have been trying to get ahold of them since Monday with no luck. Come to find out they sold the jeep my deposit was on from underneath me and are trying to keep the deposit....will NEVER do business with them again horrible assholes���

Quoted a price by email. iPhone app and by phone. Was told 4 were available at that price and if I didn't like those colors they would get one from another dealer. As I was driving dealer casually said he couldn't honor that price anymore. When I complained they say that wasn't the truck they were talking about and that all 4 sold and "dealer cash was not transferable" from dealer to dealer. Classic bait and switch.
