Mechanics here blatantly lie to your face about what is actually wrong with the car. Management thinks yelling at customer when the dealership is caught in a lie is appropriate.

I came in to look at a truck that I found online. I am generally guarded when I step onto the sales floor. Joe Pellegrini was very helpful. I was a diagnostic tech at my father's shop for many years.
