Consistently great service
I needed a bumper repaired on my Jeep. The damage ended up being more involved and John did a wonderful job communicating exactly what was wrong and how it would be repaired. He looked out for me and my pocketbook. Can’t recommend the Collision Repair Department enough!
Every time I have been here it has been a 5 star experience. The service department goes above and beyond giving customers quality service at an affordable price. The quality of work is thorough and when you go there you get treated excellent. The deals and promotions make a lot of things that are GM only like window wipers, (30 dollars for 1 wiper) buy one get one free, so its both for 30. Which is on par with a good set at Walmart. When buying a car it's important to know what you want and where to find it, but the salesman is something you're often not looking forward to. However, Luke Ealey is the exception to this as he was the most knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful salesman I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. RecommendedMy first experience with Colonial Chevrolet was in 2002 when I bought my 2003 Suburban which is still running strong thanks to the service team. Thank you Steve!! Since then we have a hand-me-down 2004 Tahoe and 2014 Suburban, all tenderly nursed by Colonial's service crew. We recently had body work done on the 2014 after a fender-bender in the Concord Rotary. It looks brand new! Thanks Colonial Chevrolet!!
