We had used this company once before with good results for cleaning a couple of room-size area rugs on site. This time we decided to have them take the rugs to the company to do a more thorough cleaning. When the rugs were returned, they were clean but both rugs were distorted in the center of the long dimension, and wouldn't flatten out even after several days. Only service I'll use! Besides that, their canned carpet cleaner is an essential in my house. It has never damaged and always fixed every stain in my home! If you have animals especially it is a must!
Always very happy with the prompt courteous excellent service. I have also called for emergency cleaning after my dog was sick and they did a great job!

I have had them in my home to clean my carpet on many occasions. Phil has been here before and is meticulous in everything he does. My carpet is 25 years old and was very expensive then. Everytime I have it cleaned I am always surprised that it looks brand new. This time I mentioned my Hunter-Douglas shades and had been told that they could not be cleaned. Phil said that they are certified to clean them so will have my drapes and shades done next week. Can hardly wait, and will send a review when they are done.
