personnel are extremely polite, professional and informative. I had a chair cleaned and it now looks like new. I have used their services several times and continue to call when the need arises.
They were able to remove the stains caused by cat urine even on cotton upholstery.
Very professional. My service rep was Manny and he was informative, courteous and friendly. He addressed all my concerns particularly issues with kids or pets and helped to move heavier furniture. Everything that I was sold regarding the cleaning process, stains, drying and price was exactly what I was told to expect. They also follow up to insure that you are satisfied. Another nicety, this company does not try to sell you additional services and or products. I will, and do recommend them!
We have used Colonial Chem-Dry several times now. We have been very satisfied with their service. Our representative was Leo. He was very courteous and addressed our concerns and stained areas. He worked quickly and efficiently. Their service is a bit more expensive than other cleaning services but the process is much more environmentally friendly. Your carpets will not be soaked and will dry quickly. I would recommend this company.
Phil arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Very professional. We have older carpets, but still came out looking good. Took out some stains. We will definitely recommend Colonial Chem-Dry.
