The carpets are clean afterwards, and they dry fast. The workers are very professional.
Excellent service by Cam. He worked very long and hard to try to remove very difficult stains. It was a pleasure having a cheerful friendly young man who was prompt, neat, and courteous taking care of our carpet.

I had Chem-Dry in to clean a carpeted family room. They gentlemen nicely walked me through the process which included vacuuming the area and then cleaning the carpet. Initially I was impressed with the gentlemen’s professionalism and what seemed to be a good clean. Unfortunately when I went to vacuum the room prior to moving my furniture back in I pulled tons of dirt out of the carpet(see pictures). Based on this I can not recommend the services of this company. Super let down and waste of money.
We have been using colonial Chem-dry for several years now. We are very satisfied with their service. They are very accommodating with booking. The technician arrived promptly, went right to work and did an excellent job. Before leaving, he made sure that I was completely satisfied. Their Technique is environmentally friendly and your carpets will not be soaked.
I had Leo clean my family room carpet this afternoon. He could not have been nicer or more professional. He did an awesome job! I had always requested Phil in the past and was reluctant to stray from him. I am now torn between two carpet cleaners!! HELP!!
