Our technician today was Cam. He was polite, professional, prompt, and did an excellent job cleaning our basement carpeting! He took the time to assess our carpet needs and go over helpful products to ensure a thorough cleaning. This is my 3rd year with Chem Dry. I cannot complain about anything! Technician wore a faxe mask and gloves👍. I highly recommend this company 🤩

I was redoing my daughter’s bedroom and wanted her new furniture to go into a nice clean carpet. Unfortunately, I needed to finish painting first and still had work. Called Colonial and they were able to come on my day off. Betty was super helpful with scheduling. I was so excited to get someone to come just when I needed I completely forgot to ask about cost. What do I like about Colonial Chem-Dry? Everything from the initial incredibly polite person on the phone, to the confirmation call to let us know when the technician will arrive, to the perfect job done by Phil Lambert who is consistently upbeat, polite and very careful of how he does his job in our home! In addition to the carpets, he has done a fantastic job treating a leather recliner and ottoman. Very pleased!!! This is our eight year with Colonial Chem-Dry!
