Phil cleaned our living room and lake level carpets with an emphasis on pet stains. They guarantee to get out all pet urine odors, or they will come back and do it again for free! It was more expensive than other carpet cleaners I've had, but was worth every cent. The odor is gone and I can hardly believe it. Phil did such a great job and is such a sweetheart. I would highly recommend Colonial Chem-Dry and Phil to anyone with pet stains.
We had a wool carpet, a sofa and chair cleaned. They all came out great. Phil was our technician. Can't say enough good things about him. He courteous, thorough, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend Colonial Chem-Dry and give them a five star recommendation.
Did David Copperfield just leave my home? Abracadabra the stains are gone. My carpet had cat vomit, grass smudge and dirt marks.With the wave of their magic Hot Carbonating Extraction cleaning process they eliminated all traces of these stains. I highly recommend you use this company. This was no illusion but pure science.
Colonial Chem-Dry has been cleaning our carpets for years and they never disappoint. My older carpets look like new! We have had many techs over the years and I am continually impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They take the time to explain procedure and answer all questions. Awesome job Phil!
