I would rate 0/5 stars if I could. At 81+ years of age, it is time for this person to retire before he continues to destroy other people's lives. Dr. Francis X Colligan is supposed to work with the community to help them in their time of need, but he clearly could not even give me 5 minutes of his time. The legal paperwork that he filed states that he spent 20 minutes with me, and this is not only untruthful, it is false documentation on my medical record! These documents affect people's lives.
