Is very informative and convenient economic way to get to the right place.
I went on the Discover Tuscany trip last October. Although the dates got shifted by a week, there were no problems at all! Our tour guide, Luciana, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make it unforgettable! I will travel anywhere that she is the guide for! I'm already looking into other trips to go on. I would definitely recommend Collette! I took a long awaited trip (21 days) to Australia, New Zealand, & Fiji years ago & I have to say Collette Tours had a super great agenda with just enough time for personal interests. We had a fantastic tour guide (Marianne I believe) that kept us informed of unexpected events that happened in a timely fashion. I made many friends from all parts of the U.S. & still have happy memories of the trip. Especially dinner & show at Sidney Opera House & the bungee jump in NZ. I would highly recommend Collette for my tours!
We just completed a tour of Costa Rica. Definitely a very comprehensive tour of the country. Our guide, Greivin was the best--not to mention our great bus driver, Luis, and all our tour companions! A very pleasurable experience.
I just got back from Cuba with Collette. The Cuban guide they hired was not up to expectations. He was at times funny and his facts were often fiction. At other times he was dismissive and condecending. He didn't confirm reservations and we ended up missing out on almost a dozen of the events planned for our 8 day trip. He was more interested in taking us to places where he would get kickbacks than making sure we ate good food in nice places and enjoyed the things that were planned. Recently took a tour with Collette and certainly did not get what I paid $5,000 for. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will be leaving reviews on Yelp (whcih Collette does not even pay attention to and where they only have 2 stars) and TripAdvisor.
