I just saw your promotional video on Vietnam. I highly resent, as a Vietnam veteran (67/68), that you're help promoting Vietnam and helping their economy when they STILL won't turn over all their information on our missing service personnel! Over 2,000 are still missing and unaccounted for! Please use your position to put pressure on the leaders there to turn over all files and to cooperate with recovery groups!
I have traveled with Collette for over 20 years and is one of the most respectable travel companies out there. They stand behind their product, have excellent tour guides and the experiences are lifetime memories!!!
Beware...Was supposed to go to Costa Rica Thursday 3/12, so far extremely disappointed with level of service and compassion with how the "emergency" number handled the disruption to my travel plans and the lack of alternatives, remedy and peace of mind yet to be offered. What's the point of booking vacations through a travel service if they do nothing for you when everything starts to go wrong when the unexpected happens, except tell you you'll lose your money, iit took 3 calls to even confirm that we may be able to salvage ... read more
