We just got back from a Canadian Rockies by train tour and it was fabulous. We had snow in Jasper and Lake Louise. And the best part of our trip was our TM, Catherine. She was well organized and very good at what she does. Catherine is the best TM I have ever met! And our coach driver , Gerard, was an excellent driver and very professional. Thanks to both for a great time.
My wife and I just returned from a fanatic 12 day National Parks tour with Collette Travel and the best tour manager ever, Derek Moscarelli. He was very professional, knowledgeable and humorous. He made the trip even better than we would have anticipated. To top it off, we had the greatest bus driver Scott Mair, who became part of the tour group. We have never felt safer.
We have done about 5 tours with Collette, each one was terrific, the tour managers are very professional and always helped the best they could if problems came up. We just returned from a tour of Iceland with them. We are studying their catalogue to fine out where our next adventure will take us.
A few weeks ago I returned from the America's Cowboy Country tour. Our tour guide, Derek Moscarelli and our bus driver, Willis Peets were wonderful. We have a beautiful country - can't believe how much we were able do in one week. Our accommodations were great and all of the excursions was wonderful. I can't decide which one was the best.
Just came back from our Collette trip to Tuscany and we had a fabulous time. Collette ran a superb trip. The itinerary and hotel were extremely lovely. We have travelled with other tour companies and found Collette to be near the top. Our tour manager Marta was one of the best tour guides we ever had. We would choose Collette without any hesitation. We just returned from a 10 day - 3 island tour of Hawaii. It was wonderful and our tour guide was the best. Very caring and most professional. Our guides name was Tina Hyatt. Ms. Hyatt gave 110% in providing us a wonderful vacation and experience. All our flights, accommodations and meals were great. This is our fourth Collette vacation and each one has been perfect. Thanks again Tina and Collette for a wonderful vacation.
This was our first tour and I am ready to go again with Collette, especially if we could have our same tour guide "Trish Salerno" and bus driver, John. They made it perfect. We did the National Park tour from Sept 2nd to Sept 14th, and had a memorable time. We had one issue where our hotel was changed to a "less than desirable " rated place, but that was the only thing we were disappointed with. Just finished the National Parks of America tour (Aug 28-Sept 8) with Derek Moscarelli as our tour manager and Ted Garcia as our driver. It was awesome. I just read some previous reviews referencing Derek's organization, knowledge, humor, personality, ,etc. I agree with all those earlier comments and I'm pretty sure everyone on our tour would say the same thing.
